Tomorrow's the day!

Just one day more before the festival day here on Storyformed. I'm excited!

Look for a post first thing on Tuesday with a video greeting from me, directions on where to get the new book, Caught Up in a Story, and the announcement of the first round of giveaways. I'm amazed at the lovely things my friends have provided to celebrate this launch.

For this bright day and this particular moment, here's a few things to speed you on your reading way:

1. Check out the newStoryformed Booklists. There are two there now, and several more will appear during the day. I read every one of your comments, and am well on my way to completing the first round of lists. And there will soon be longer reviews for each book, so you can click on the cover to get more information. Soon.

2. Hop on over here for a visit to my lovely friends at The Story Warren, where there's an excerpt today from Caught Up in a Story. Stay awhile. It's a grand place to explore.

3. Last, savor this quote by one of my best beloveds, Madeleine L'Engle. No, really, savor it, word by word. Let the winsomeness of it make your mind quiet on the first read, then let the truth of it ring again in the silence on your second glance:

"A book, too, can be a star, 'explosive material, capable of stirring up fresh life endlessly,' a living fire to lighten the darkness, leading out into the expanding universe." - Madeleine L'Engle
